Job Descriptions

• To assist the Purchasing department in preparing the Purchase Order and other internal documents as required based on correct specifications
• Comparing freight charges from different forwarders for all import shipments.
• Responsible for coordinating shipments with suppliers locally and overseas to warehouse
• Liaison with Finance, Warehousing, 3rd party couriers to ensure goods are received in satisfactory quality and quantity
• Plan weekly import shipments schedule for warehouse.

You will support the development of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Cell Therapy Centre by coordinating the efforts of various departments across SingHealth.
