• Degree/equivalent in any engineering discipline.
• Min. 1 year relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
• Shipping building/marine industry knowledge and experience preferred.
• Good writing and speaking skills are an asset.

Position: HR Executive cum Compliance Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Handling human resources affairs, including recruitment, training, performance management, etc.
• Ensuring company compliance, supervising and implementing relevant policies and regulations
• Assisting in managing administrative affairs, including document management, daily office operations, etc.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• No experience required, but must have basic English communication skills
