Key Responsibilities
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Gather and analyse customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Development:
Assist in the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).
Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop marketing materials.
Content Creation (We have other content creators here so this would not be a big part of your responsibilities):
Write and edit engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
Manage the company’s social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to inquiries.
Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure successful event delivery.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate campaign success and areas for improvement.
Budget Management:
Assist in the management of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Track expenditures and provide insights on cost-effective marketing solutions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients through networking and industry events.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and pain points of clients.
