The Role Responsibilities

· The role holder is primarily responsible for the pro-active acquisition of retail clients through customised value propositions and to acquire for corporate employee via Employee Banking (EB) opportunities via business to consumer correspondence. · Assist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions

· Assist in payroll-related matters

· Manage and handle employee records in HRMS System

· Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance

· Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
