Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive business expansion and establish brand leadership for our w0w(R) brand. Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- **Strategy Development:** Formulate and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on financial gain and market expansion.

- **Market Research:** Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, and develop effective sales solutions.

- **Client Engagement:** Arrange and lead business development meetings with prospective clients to promote KosmodeHealth’s products and services.

- **Brand Leadership:** Establish and enhance the brand leadership of the w0w(R) brand, setting the standard for sustainable functional food.

- **Promotion:** Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

- **Client Inspiration:** Inspire food manufacturers to engage KosmodeHealth’s valorization and functional food formulation services, and to incorporate our repurposed functional ingredients and premixes into their product lines.

Requirements and Skills

1. Work with the Head of Sales at GVIG Singapore to grow the Celblos OEM business and ensure that the business achieves its annual target

2. As part of this mandate, responsible for:

a. Leading the existing OEM business with current clients by locking in regular orders for existing products and pitching for new products to them

b. Bring in new clients for the company through active scouting of leads + using previous industry contacts and knowledge

c. Prepare relevant pitches for the clients and the required product samples for their trial testing

d. Responsible for going though all enquiries related to OEM business received through HubSpot, Google ads etc

e. Work with the marketing team to ensure we send out regular EDMs to the clients + Ensure we have the right online strategy for Google/Hubspot etc

f. Follow up on all new leads and update Head of Sales weekly to target the relevant new clients

g. Continuously work with the R&D and Product development teams to create new product ideas + packaging ideas

h. Stay up-to-date with the OEM industry and beauty/skincare industry to generate relevant strategies and insights for the business

3. To ensure proper sales and production:

a. Work with the sales admin to ensure all PO’s are logged in, and all invoicing is completed on time

b. Work with the production team for OEM production planning

4. Develop complete understanding of all relevant formulations and product details to be able to work well with the clients

5. Work with finance to ensure proper payments On Time in Full for the following: Clients to make payments to Celblos on time.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Business Development. Prior experience in OEM or Beauty/Cosmetics industry will be an advantage

The Clinical Affairs Senior Manager will report to the Deputy Director, Product Development.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the identification and management of project risks and develop practical and rational proposals to address issues.
• Compile and evaluate evidence in clinical evaluation reports and conduct after-action review.
• Balance the workload of multiple projects with different approaches and at different stages.

Requirements

• PhD or Degree in relevant field, preferably in medicine, biology, pharmacy, or chemistry degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of clinical governance, clinical study research and ethics compliance, confidentiality issues, research methods and guidelines, data protection, intellectual property rights etc
• Demonstrated ability to translate scientific, clinical and safety research studies in an effective credible manner

• Manage optical transport infrastructure and capacity delivery within the Asia Pacific region.

Role Purpose

The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of specific work areas

or packages within the FPSO project. This role ensures the clean and timely delivery of scopes, facilitates

seamless integration with other project areas or packages, and ensures that the work is delivered within budget

Project Management:

Advocates for and champions HSSEQ initiatives during all project stages.

Stakeholder management:

Engages with client representatives and other stakeholders of the project to ensure alignment of goals and objectives. Acts as the primary contact point for the client on all matters related to the assigned work areas/package. Provides regular reporting to the Project Manager and the company's management.

Team and resource:
