• Prepare questions for customer interviews, conduct interviews, and work with Marketing and Product teams to create written and video testimonials that showcase the value and benefits of SHIELD products and services for use by Marketing and Sales teams
• Develop creative, new ways to tell customer stories that turn customer stories into emotional and inspiring brand awareness content

• 5+ year of proven experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a related role
• The ideal candidate will be a flexible, cross-functional team player with a passion for storytelling, customer success, and innovation
• Significant experience in B2B technology marketing with a keen understanding of the Internet ecosystem and technical audiences
• Experience writing customer case studies and producing customer videos that showcase customer success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
