Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead a team of engineers, and system architects to develop the platform for DL training and inference
• Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for DL/AI systems within the HPC domain.
• AI Infrastructure Design and Optimization.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to design and optimize AI infrastructure.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI workloads with existing HPC clusters.

GPU Cluster Management and Scalability:

• Oversee the management of GPU-based clusters.
• Scale AI infrastructure to handle large-scale training and inferencing workloads.

Performance Tuning and Benchmarking:

• Drive performance improvements by analyzing bottlenecks and optimizing system components.
• Benchmark AI models and algorithms on HPC clusters.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Communicate technical progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in managing engineering teams, preferably in AI, HPC, or related fields.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and HPC tools (Slurm, OpenMPI, etc.).
• Strong understanding of GPU architectures, CUDA programming, and parallel computing.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-based AI deployments.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience presenting technical concepts to executive leadership.

Training Analysis

• Conduct training needs analysis for Daikin affiliates, specifically in Applied Product/System & Control Solutions
• Work closely with affiliates and collaborators to understand their respective training needs and make constructive proposals to improve their capabilities

Training Management

• Training management, especially for Applied Product/System & Control Solution training

LMS

• Study , Plan and Develop of LMS
• Simplify LMS & create a hassle-free user experience
• Adopt feasible functions which catered to Daikin Training needs
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by HOD

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / any related disciplines
• Experience in planning and implementing employee skill analysis, training needs analysis
• Well versed in LMS/ HRM systems e.g. Planning and developing training modules in LMS. Planning, designing, and building talent management systems
• Have basic knowledge of Applied Product/ HVAC/Control will have an advantage

Job Description

-Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

-Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

-Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.

-Support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.

-Plan, organise and communicate to customers on the various programme and campus events.

-Serve as customer’s main point of contact and manage communication platforms.

-Responsible for customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.

-Coordinate class schedule and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.

-Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange for makeup lesson.

-Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals.

-Share expertise and provide guidance to direct report.

-Motivate and work as a team in the achievement of service excellence and centre targets.

-Liaise with landlord on updates.

-Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.

Qualification:

-Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

-Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable. -Fresh graduates with a strong sales acumen are welcome to apply.

-At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask. -Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

-Mon : off

-Tuesday - Friday : 1.30pm - 7.30pm

-Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm
