Brand Management:

Requirements:

The Asst. Manager, Overseas Entrepreneurship Programme (OEP) will manage and implement the operations of the global placement in NTUpreneur’s Undergraduate’s OEP. The responsibilities include engaging the overseas internship placement consultants; maintaining oversight of programme for compliance, quality, management and reporting purposes; facilitate to support the development of new startup partners in China to offer internship opportunities; support collaboration with key government agencies like Enterprise Singapore and EDB to promote collaboration and coordinate OEP outreach in conjunction with other undergraduate offerings in NTUpreneur to schools in NTU.

• Work closely and collaboratively with the leads of MiE/ SMiE and outreach to achieve NTUpreneur’s entrepreneurship educational mission.

4. Provide support to maintain good relations and effective partnerships with stakeholders and  government institution

• Provide support to maintain good relations between NTUpreneur’s OEP and key government funding agencies
• Facilitate to develop partnership with government agencies to engage startup ecosystems overseas.
• Support the collation of reports for OEP team when needed by government ministries and statutory boards.

• A Bachelor degree in any discipline

The SSM is responsible for the complete sales cycle with an aim to maximizing revenue, Net Gross Profits and Customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in the supplier organization, partners and end customers. Will be responsible for handling suppliers independently clearly focusing on delivery top-class value-added services.

Responsibilities:

• Create, Develop and implement supplier and vendor specific initiatives.

• Channel Partner and Vendor engagement

• Identify, recruit and enable channel and solutions partners; conduct regular solutions and sales updates, etc.
• Be the sales champion for assigned product solutions among selected high-touch accounts; establish sales development plan targeting business and technical decision markers; plan and execute quarterly target account activities. Execution - Credit management, Order processing, AR Collections

• Operational excellence - pipeline management, forecasting and inventory management

• Plan and execute solutions and services led strategy to grow services revenue.
• Lead quarterly business planning process and business review with respective vendor, ensure close interaction and collaboration among vendors in term of joint GTM strategy and solutions.

  
  Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • >5 to 10 Years proven experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred.​ Prior knowledge in end to end network, application and clouds security will be added advantage

  • Relevant experience with resellers would be an added advantage.

  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and often exceeding sales targets.

  • Demonstrate strong capability in planning, strategizing, execution skill and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Experience in ensuring sales forecast accuracy and operational excellence.

  • Excellent networking abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, resourceful, with a lot of initiative.

  • A team player who enjoys working and leading in cross functional team environment.

  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications plans and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage and oversee the internal communications channels and content delivery such as email broadcasts, videos, etc.
• Create engaging and informative content for various communication channels, for example, newsletters, intranet, emails, and social media platforms.
• Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all channels.
• Execute end-to-end internal/employee initiatives and campaigns.
• Function as liaison between leadership and employees to convey key business messages or updates.
• Provide sound counsel to stakeholders, as needed.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal communication strategies, adjusting as needed.
• Support in preparing presentations, speeches, and communications for key executives.

• University degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in a large, global and matrix B2B organisation.
• Experience in a PR agency is an added advantage.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation.
• A strong command of English with excellent writing and oral skills, as well as the ability to develop compelling content for a variety of audiences and channels.
• Experience in managing events.
• Experience in using online content management systems and design platforms.
