WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1. Pitching and managing media / influencer interviews and queries
2. Researching, writing and distributing media kit materials (i.e. press release, fact sheet, speech) to targeted media
3. Writing and editing in-house publications, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports
4. Content creation for social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
5. Monitoring, collating and analysing media/social media coverage
6. Organising events such as media/influencer luncheons, media conferences and media tours
7. Active support in new business opportunities
8. Planning, developing and implementing integrated PR strategies and campaigns (media and social media)

In addition, an Account Manager should be well versed in the following areas

1. Managing accounts and overseeing execution of campaigns
2. Managing and training a team of executives

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED

A degree and diploma in any subject is acceptable, although English, journalism, media studies and mass communications are preferred. In-house or Agency experience in corporate communications or public relations will be advantageous. Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience is needed for Senior Account Executives and 5 to 7 years for Account Managers.

Job Responsibilities: Oversee and lead a team in managing daily operations, making final decisions on matters of importance to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction. Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor both new and existing staff, maintaining the highest service, grooming, and discipline standards. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines, and airport authorities. Additionally, assist the Duty Manager in daily deployment based on agreed service standards with the airlines and airport authorities.

As an Auxiliary Police Officer (APO), you will be stationed at the frontlines to provide security services for airlines, protect modern aircraft fleets, and ensure the safe transport of passengers.

Additional duties include securing the safety of other vital installations in Singapore.

Requirements:
