Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform General Administrative duties, including documentation and record maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
• Support IT processes and activities.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and calendar management.
• Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
• Support the financial budgeting and workplan gathering, analysis and tracking.
• Handle ad-hoc IT issues which are escalated by users for resolution.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years related experience in supporting role function.
• Strong in process and business workflow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
