Responsibilities

• Involve in the implementation of strategic plans for new program requirements, new market initiatives, design solutions and develop operational requirements for the B2B segments and Digital Payments Acceptance Innovation (Real-Time Payments (RTP), FX management, Alternative Payments Methods (APMs) and Card Schemes card acceptance)

1. Position Summary

The position of Estimator is responsible for coordinating/liaising (as appropriate) with members of the Design & Operations Team from project implementation through to project completion to verify compliance against tendered estimates and to check construction costs against site budgets.

The Workday Tech Delivery Lead plays a crucial role to be able to manage the delivery of medium to large Workday project implementation using Accenture-Workday methodologies, collaborating with key stakeholders within Accenture and client organization, and manage scope and risks. Drives Profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. To proactively drive/support sales activities through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.,

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday projects, including configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of technical consultants and developers, providing guidance and support on Workday technical aspects.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
• Stay current on the latest Workday updates and advancements and share knowledge with the team.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
• Participate in the development and execution of the Workday roadmap and strategy.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with Workday solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex Workday projects, sales, and bidding.
• Strong technical expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, and development.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of technical professionals.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively plan, track, and manage budgets and resources.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Has one of the certifications: Certified Workday Professional (CWDP)/ Workday Core HCM/ Workday PM certification
