• Assist the superior on all matters relating to the administration of the development, particularly on the Building and Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Act and the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.

• Daily routine inspection according to a weekly schedule.
• Handling daily operations of all matters on site.

The essential responsibilities of the Department Manager include:

• Achieves department sales targets, goals and objectives.
• Monitors sales figures, analyses and interprets data and trends and discusses this information with Branch Manager for forward planning.
