Job Purpose

The Assistant Station Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the train station, which includes preparing the station for rail service, conducting security patrols at station premises and on train platforms, providing customer service, and performing duties in the Passenger Service Centre. Job Description:

• Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements in order to propose solutions that can best meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations in support of sales cycles and blue printing.
• Before a demonstration or key presentation, conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the prospective customer in order to build relationships with the customer and understand their unique needs.
• Lead the effort with RFI and RFP proposals.
• Maintain a high-level knowledge of SAP’s procurement solution suite in the specialization area of responsibility.
• Designs workflows specific to business process outcomes, and understands how to develop and integrate a proposed solution into a customer's existing business and technical environment.
• Be actively involved in the solution implementation to ensure that solutions are accurately scoped and delivered in line with customer expectations.
• Become a thought leader in the Procurement Space.

Requirements:

• Advanced level of experience and knowledge of SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay, Spend Visibility.
• Advanced level of experience with SAP Ariba Network.
• Advanced level of experience with SAP Ariba Procurement Content.
• Advanced level of SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management, Supplier Information and Performance Management.
• Significant experience (7+ years) in application design, and in development and configuration of technology solutions to support P2P business processes.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties

2. Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery

3. Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule

4. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Check on staff punctuality and discipline

6. Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients

Requirements

1. Able to work midnight shift

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

4. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients

5. At least 2 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain precise records of all procurement documents for suppliers, subcontractors, service providers, and the warehouse.
• Supervise the evaluation and reporting of approved vendor and service provider performance.
• Implement supply chain procedures, including the issuance of purchase orders and managing shipment clearances as required.
• Keep all reports, documents, and filing systems current.
• Generate and compile monthly reports on inventory and procurement.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma qualification in Business Studies/Administration or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience is required.
• Proficient in using MS Office Excel and SAP.
