* To lead, oversee and monitor all activities in project management to meet customers’ requirements and satisfaction arising from the Suzhou, China operations,

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

* To assist the Management Team to follow-up on new market lead & potentials and market penetration for new product/industry.

* Review and co-ordinate with the in-house SCM team on inventory control for parts, if any, and shipment & delivery requirements.

* Being the mentor and provide guidance to the project team members, and subsequently, review and follow-up on the respective member’s performance.

* In-liaison with the respective vendors on matters related to the project.

* Assist in identifying & short-listing suitable manufacturing process (vendors) of fabrication parts across China.

REQUIREMENTS/ELIBILITY

* Experience in technical development of factory automation & equipment making, with a preference for those familiar with biopharmaceutical industry equipment.

Role Name: General Manager (GM) for Envac SEA

Reporting to CEO & Regional President of Envac Region Greater China, SEA & India

Depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate, this role could start with a 6 to 12 months of transition to learn about Envac systems and operations as a Senior Project Director or Acting as a Regional COO role. After this transition, he or she will serve as an independent General Manager (GM) for SEA including Singapore and Malysia. 1. Academic Leadership & Program Management
