The Freight Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our freight invoice audit processes. Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
• Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and forecasts related to procurement.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procurement function.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

Prerequisite:

• Diploma and above in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimally 3 years of related experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Location: Kallang Pudding @ Macpherson.
• Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)
• Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
