Job Description:
1. Lead the Finance Team
2. Prepare financial management reports, Management Accounts every month for review for both Singapore and Malaysia companies
3. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and external parties to ensure relevant statutory compliance
4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Companies Act, tax regulations and other regulatory requirements
5. Experienced and good in handling withholding tax and GST.
6. Assist in stock reconciliation, consignment billing
7. Manage and process office payroll as well as to ensure that monthly payroll processes run smoothly.
8. Follow up with new application and renewal of insurance policies.
9. Assist and review transfer pricing report
10. Perform cash collection and petty cash disbursement
11. Handle HR administration tasks (i.e application of work permit, survey, recruitment)
12. Assist in any adhoc function and related duties as and when assigned by management
Requirements:
1. Minimum degree in Accounting or Finance with 4 years of relevant experience, at last 2 years in supervisory role.
2. Audit experience would be an advantage
3. Excellent communication and analytical skills with good command in English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin
4. Possess good leadership and interpersonal qualities, highly motivated with a strong sense of integrity
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications
6. Experience with SAP Business One and ERPnext will be preferred
