Data management (80%)
• Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. fund, cost centre, WBS) for entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
• Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
• Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and any re-opening as required to facilitate operations.
• Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
• Ensure documentations are well organised and maintained
Management reporting (20%)
• Support the maintenance of data visualisation dashboard that runs on Tableau platform.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in system and performing regular checks
• Process and maintain user access , coordinate and conduct regular training, manage queries and feedback
• Prepare monthly management reports to supporting entities
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements
• Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates without experience, but display good aptitude and attitude may be considered.
• Good command of MS Office application
• Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP and BI reporting tools will be advantageous
