Primary Responsibilities:

The incumbent will provide quality oversight on manufacturing site operations at the shop floor and co-ordinates with central quality functions as needed. The role will ensure and maintain high standards of quality and compliance within our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for all or subset of the key responsibilities below:

• Act as a primary quality contact for assigned IPT & provide day-to-day quality support/guidance to IPT operations including quality decisions for manufacturing related events on the shopfloor.
• Represent quality at Integrated Process Team (IPT) tier meetings (example- Tier-2, Tier-4, Micro Tier), liaise with other quality functions for cascades or escalations to & from IPT Tiers.
• Review & assess events reported on the shopfloor, concur justifications to continue the operations or instruct to stop the operations while pending formal initial quality assessment.
• Participate shopfloor GEMBAs to ensure permanent inspection readiness of the site. Support audit & inspection resource room as assigned by the Manager.
• Act as a quality representative for assigned New Product Introduction (NPI) project & provide quality oversight on manufacturing of developmental batches, clinical manufacturing, process/packaging performance qualifications, equipment qualifications, certificate of analysis profile set-up, material creations, equipment & process change controls, and ensure pre-PAI readiness etc.
• Quality review & approval of documents related to development & qualification of process & cleaning, examples include but limited to - protocol & report for cleaning development cleaning validation, process development, process performance qualification, Initial Continued process verification (CPV), campaign length extensions, dirty/clean hold time changes etc.
• Quality oversight on new/revised electronic or paper documents to support routine production operations, examples include but not limited to –Production batch sheets, cleaning batch sheets, re-packaging protocols, Bill of Materials (BOM) memo, Engineering Record (ER) in IPI, Engineering Change Order (ECO) in SAP, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), non-routine Batch Sheet (BS), e-Log for Batch Sheet (BS) redline markups etc.
• Review & Approval of Statistical Process Control (SPC) limit report, Yield reports
• Perform quality review & approval of routine production/facilities related documents including but not limited to – Environment Management System (EMS) review for manufacturing, warehouse and labs, pest control review, preventive & correction maintenance (PM&CM) extension requests.
• Review non-routine/risk release of equipment/utilities/room, batch risk processing requests & support related material control actions.
• Support ad hoc requests for samples, joint inspections of rejected materials/damaged incoming goods, Time-Out-of-Cold-Storage (TOCS) adjustments in SAP, shelf-life extension requests etc.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Manager
• Provide quality oversight for the Aseptic Process Simulation (APS) and Aseptic Observer Program (AOP) such as quality monitoring, review and approval of APS protocol and report
• Review and approve performance qualification protocol, equipment & utilities re-qualification protocols or EM re-qualification protocols.
• Review/Approval of Re-packaging protocol for pre-execution
• Review and approve relevant Artwork.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in science/ Life Science, Pharmaceutical Science or Engineering or any other relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of applied professional work experience in quality control/assurance in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Education / Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
• Advanced / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
• Certified ISO 9001:2015 / API internal auditor

Skills / Knowledge / Experience Required :

• Minimum 3 years of QAQC or Process Engineering experience in equipment manufacturing, or box build assembly in semiconductor and/or electronic contract manufacturing (CM) services environment.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in the QMS for Oil & Gas, Semiconductor industry.
• Experience and knowledge of API Q1 and API 7K will be added advantage.

Job Description

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for implementing sourcing plans and tactics to effectively manage the sourcing activities related to their assigned portfolio to maximize supplier performance (cost, quality, lead time) and support the business plan in the GeoUnit. Role Summary

On site facility maintenance, simple machine maintenance and working with vendor to resolve facility or machine operation & safety concern.

Responsibilities

1. Seek and interpret inputs from across the organization to build a demand plan that will drive operational activity in line with the business objectives.

4. Manage the import and/or export of components or products to support the demand plan activities in other regions.

9. Collaborate with planners in one’s own region and other regions to ensure coordination of material requirements and shared global resources (such as plant capacity) and develop best practice procedures.

10. Be aware of, and support where necessary, other Supply operations within the region to ensure that Planning activities are aligned with Logistics and Procurement objectives.

11. Support Inventory and other ad-hoc reporting for both Demand and Supply Planning.

12. Support company quality and safety systems through day-to-day activities and via formal feedback mechanism.

Job Description:

1. Develop annual recruitment plans and be responsible for organizing, executing, and processing follow-up of recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree or above in renowned Singaporean or overseas colleges/universities, majoring in human resources, management, or related fields; master’s degree preferred.
2. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to independently communicate in English with European and American candidates/employees.
3. Specialist: within three years of work experience; Manager: 5+ years of large enterprise recruitment experience.
4. Familiar with corporate recruitment processes and various recruitment channels.
5. Skilled in various recruitment techniques, able to independently carry out recruitment tasks, with rich practical experience in talent discovery and introduction and organizational and personnel adjustments.
6. Keen insight, excellent language expression skills, communication and coordination abilities, basic daily communication in Chinese.
7. Good professional demeanor and team spirit.
8. Singaporean or Malaysian citizens.

The Quality Manager role requires extensive experience with ISO9001, API Q1, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards, and a strong background in quality assurance within the oil and gas sector. This role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. It also requires sound knowledge of PCBA, wire harness quality control, and metrology.

Role and Responsibilities:

Quality Management System (QMS):

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO9001 and API Q1 standards.
• Ensure all processes and procedures meet the required quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality management systems.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with ISO14001 and ISO45001 environmental and safety management systems.
• Identify and mitigate safety and quality risks through effective risk management strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Continuous Improvement:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to drive improvements.

Team Management:

• Supervise and lead the quality assurance team, including training, development, and performance management.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews for quality staff.

Supplier Quality Management:

• Manage supplier quality assurance programs to ensure the quality of materials and components.

• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve supply chain quality.

Customer Interaction:

• Liaise with customers to understand their quality requirements and ensure these are met.

Skills and Experiences:

• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Certified internal auditor or lead auditor is required
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent certification is preferred.

- Oversees and manage the entire LIB recycling process to ensure Recycling goals are met and achieve;

- Stay abreast on the regulation and implement improvement/ best practices in the battery recycling operation/ process;

- Fully understood the characteristics of various LIB chemistry to ensure safe dismantling procedures, production processes of materials, adjust on-site equipment, to achieve high recovery yield and quality control of the produced black powder, and other outputs.

Description

• Assist in maintaining company Integrated Management System (IMS - ISO 9001, 14001 & 13485 requirements).
• Assist in planning, conducting and/or leading internal Integrated Management System (IMS) audit and handling customer audits.

Responsibilities

1. Seek and interpret inputs from across the organization to build a demand plan that will drive operational activity in line with the business objectives.

2. Manage the production plan and process operation in the plant.

3. Develop requirement plans for tollers to ensure the tolling plants is operating in line with Afton’s planned requirements.

4. Manage the import and/or export of components or products to support the demand plan activities in other regions.

5. Manage inventory levels within target ranges for key materials and key locations. The aim is to have adequate material to maintain supply without increasing working capital costs to an unacceptable level.

6. Maintain understanding of short term & medium-term capacity availability and constraints. This is so that related enquiries arising from the supply, business and logistics teams can be addressed (in co-ordination with the Regional Marketing Manager/Global Business Manager) in a clear, accurate and responsive manner.

7. Respond to changes in plan in a timely manner. In addition to updating the demand plan and material movement requirements, this should also include highlighting likely impact of these changes to the business team. This is to ensure that the impact of these changes is understood across the Regional/Global teams.

8. Where required, participate in regional S&OP meetings. This will include providing reports on plans, inventory/capacity outlook, actions associated with product transitions and new product introductions. The aim is to use the meeting to communicate the demand plan and seek input and validation.

9. Collaborate with planners in one’s own region and other regions to ensure coordination of material requirements and shared global resources (such as plant capacity) and develop best practice procedures.

10. Be aware of, and support where necessary, other Supply operations within the region to ensure that Planning activities are aligned with Logistics and Procurement objectives.

11. Support Inventory and other ad-hoc reporting for both Demand and Supply Planning.

12. Support company quality and safety systems through day-to-day activities and via formal feedback mechanism.

• Degree / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent certifications
• 5 or more years experience in logistics, material planning, or coordination roles
