The IT Department is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Campus IT Infrastructure, AV Infrastructure and Phone system. Providing efficient system support to all users. The department is also responsible for resolving any IT-related faults Quickly and efficiently,

The Position

The IT support individual will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide backup and support to the IT Manager. The individual is responsible for supporting and maintaining IT Infrastructure, AV Infrastructure and Phone system plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, Desk Phones, and scanners

The Metta Home for the Disabled and Metta Home Day Activity Centre (慈光乐陶苑及智障日间活动中心) were set up in December 2000 to offer community care options to adults with intellectual disabilities who are aged between 18 and 55.

Job purpose:

Assist in the maintenance of accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements

Job description:

• Handle full set of Account (AP/AR/GL) using Odoo.
• Prepare monthly financial Statements, management reports and other reports for fixed Asset, Stocks, Bank, Schedules etc.
• Handle day-to-day accounts activities.
• Handle any ad-assignments assigned by Director and Accountant

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
• 2 years’ relevant working experience in preparing full sets of accounts preferred

Overview

As a member of the Precinct Planning and Development Department under the Regional Health Systems Office (RHSO), you will be involved in the development of healthy precincts in the Western Region of Singapore in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.

This is an individual contributor role. The successful candidate will be placed in an appropriate position based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategy/plan to develop the healthy precincts under your care
2. Identify internal and external partners and platforms for the development of healthy precincts, and engage and collaborate with them to enable successful on-ground activation
3. Develop and implement community health plan for the precincts under your care, with emphasis on preventive health and social-health integration
4. Track and review progress on implementation of community health plan for different focus areas
5. Secretariat work for meetings
6. Any other duties, projects or assignments by Reporting Officer and/or HOD

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Knowledge and experience in planning, programme development, stakeholder engagement and management, and project management
• Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
• Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
• Adept in stakeholder engagement and management to foster buy-in and collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Resourcefulness in problem solving and resilient in overcoming challenges
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the Singapore healthcare system and/or population health models will be advantageous
