Job Description:
International Partnership (IP)
• Carry out simple desktop research
• Assist with arrangements for meetings (scheduling, booking of rooms, logs and liaison with
external parties, etc)
• Data entry and updating/maintaining existing databases
• Develop, manage and maintain SOPs/ databases, and assist in Knowledge Management
(including developing Sharepoint architecture)
• Experience in Project & Event Management is advantageous, particularly in running training
programmes/ workshops, events/ talks (physical or virtual), and conferences, including the
production, logistics and administration of the activities, liaising with vendors, internal and
external stakeholders.
• Project management work (e.g. developing timelines and monitoring), liaising and
coordinating among stakeholders, tabulating the respective inputs/ views.
• Assist with the admin and logs of hosting visiting dignitaries to meals or site
Administration & Communications
• Secretariat duties including management of meetings (scheduling, booking of rooms, logs
and liaison with external parties, etc), taking notes and post-meeting follow ups.
• Assist in the communications of information such as newsletters, generating, collating and
analysing feedbacks, marketing of CA’s activities, etc.
• Development and management of SOPs/databases and involve in knowledge
management/data analytic projects.
Any other duties as may be agreed and assigned.
Working Arrangement:
Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Station
Working Hours:
Mondays – Thursdays, 8.30am – 6 pm (1 hour lunch break)
Fridays, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Hybrid mode – few days in office and some days work from home
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Salary: Monthly Rated
Job Requirements:
• Good command of English with good communication and written skills
• Versed in Microsoft office
• Good eyes for details
• Ability to work in dynamic working environment
• Team player
• Diploma/Degree Qualification
• Experience in Arts Management and/or qualification from LaSalle, NAFA, SOTA and other arts
background would be an advantage.
