Job Scope:
· Research and curate success stories and best practices in innovation/transformation from internal repositories (SharePoint sites) and external sources (e.g. websites, books, podcasts, videos)
· Design graphics to promote innovation training and engagement initiatives, and enhance the Information Architecture of the Public Service Innovation Portal
· Create promotional mailers to drive traffic to the revamped website
· Track, analyse and provide updates on traffic data to the revamped website
· Coordinate the distribution of QR codes via SMS to CoWork users with reserved seats, ensuring accurate delivery and providing user support as necessary
· Collaborate with CoWork host agencies to facilitate the accurate delivery of QR codes and provide user assistance as needed
· Support the operations of the implementation of a new Whole-of-Government Employee Wellness Programme, including liaising with the vendor and agencies to ensure services are rendered effectively.
· Support the Director with secretarial duties as necessary, e.g. note-taking, scheduling appointments, etc
Requirements:
· Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging content, including decks, videos, animations, and other visual elements
· Keen attention to detail and ability to ensure alignment with the agency's brand guidelines
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
· Strong team player with a positive work ethic and attitude
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software, with experience in video editing considered advantageous
· Competencies in organization, communication, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, flexibility, and confidentiality
· Background in communications/new media or humanities/arts-related courses
· Strong research and writing skills
· Willingness to learn and utilize Generative AI tools (e.g. Pair and LaunchPad) for content creation and summarisation
· Understanding of website design basics and information architecture
· Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge, e.g., SMS distribution platform (SaaS)
· Bonus: Proficiency in design-related software (e.g. Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop)
Working Schedule:
Mon – Thur: 9am – 6.30pm
Fri: 9am – 6pm
Duration:
6 months (+ optional 6 months extension)
