We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
   Develop effective strategies to attract and retain top talent.
   
2. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
   Review and enhance compensation structures to align with market trends.
   
3. Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
   Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and management.
   
4. HR Policy Development & Compliance: Develop, update, and implement HR policies in line with labor laws and company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
• Familiarity with work pass applications and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

You will support the daily guest service operations in our Hotel. You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables guests’ satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home. You will report directly to the Acting Assistant Front Office Manager.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensure all guests are attended to at the Front Desk
• Issue apartment access key cards
• Attend to and anticipate all guests' queries and needs
• Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist guests in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements
• Manage guests’ accounts, information and apartment availability in the system
• Perform simple bookkeeping
• Make and confirm reservations
• Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails and calls and assist with requests
• Handle and record resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers
• Perform related tasks as assigned
