• Compensation Management Develop and administer compensation strategies to attract, motivate and retain workforce.
• Support the Manager to design and implement compensation exercises such as Annual Increment, Variable Bonus Payment, etc.

• Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Admin
• 5 to 8 years of HR experience, ideally in C&B

Requirement

• Attend vessels physically to ensure the proper and timely execution of all requirements.
• Coordinate port calls by liaising with key stakeholders such as Supervisors, Managers, Masters, Owners, Owners’ representatives, charterers, local authorities, and port vendors.
• Process all necessary formalities and declarations promptly for the smooth entry and departure of assigned vessels, including the preparation of vessel-related documentation and reporting to government agencies.
• Maintain accurate records of all information, communication, and correspondences related to port calls in work files, ensuring proper archiving in the data system.

Job Description:

• Maintain full spectrum of daily Logistics administration and documentations (order process, deliveries, freights, bills, customer enquiries etc.)
• Responsible for Order Processing: Receive orders from customers and input order to factories (Japan, Thailand, Indonesia and Taiwan)
• Liaise with factories, carriers, freight forwarder and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Receive shipping documents from factories and process necessary shipping documents for customers.
• Prepare invoices to distributors and group companies
• Check freight, insurance and/or other logistics invoices and submit it to Accounting Department for payment.
• Maintain logistic databases and assist in the preparation of the transportation and distribution statistics for analysis.
• Prepare half-yearly budget for freight and insurance with analysis for approval.
• In-charged of monthly order issues and allocation in BSCAP region. Work with Production Planning and Sales teams to maximize
  supply & demand.
• Co-ordinate with Group Companies to resolve problems on deliveries, cargo damages, payments and complaints.
• Handle loss or damage and return goods if such discrepancies arise.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Job requirements

• Min. 2 years’ relevant experience in logistic industry or international trade related experiences in a manufacturing industry
• Understand logistics and international trade procedures, methodologies, terminologies, and intermediary trade matters
• Familiar with Inco-terms, transcontinental transportation matters including airfreights, shipments, rails etc and relevant insurance matters
• Hands-on experiences in preparation of import and export documentation, Bills of Lading, and Letter of Credit
• Proactive, independent, mature, and responsible worker
