• Perform purchasing duties for spare parts and supplies for vessels.
• Administer the supply chain process by handling approved Requisitions, sending Requests for Quote (RFP), processing approved bids into Purchase Orders, and matching delivery receipts to Invoices.
• Process new vendor applications, ensure vendor compliance checks, and select vendors for RFQs.
