Job Purpose

You will market personal line products to OCBC customers through outbound effort and handle inbound sales enquiries with high quality customer experience.

The Job

· Convert leads provided by bank to sales through telemarketing

· Handle customer enquiries with confidence

· Correspond with customers through emails

· Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment

· Achieve sales target set out by business

· Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

· Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

· Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma

· Applicants with the Certificate in General Insurance/ BCP & PGI will be preferred

As a Software Quality Engineer, you need to:

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, test data and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products. • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define test objectives, scope and entry/exit criteria for testing phases. • Perform system testing (e.g., functional and performance testing). • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and tools. • Review and analyse test results, identify defects and anomalies and work closely with the stakeholders to resolve issues. • Continuously improve the software testing process by identifying areas for improvement in testing practices and tools. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED As a Software Quality Engineer, you need: • Strong background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, Information Technology or related disciplines. • At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance testing. • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes. • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or similar. • Experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter or similar. • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Phyton, or similar. • Experience in issue management and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, or similar. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. • Familiarity with cloud-based testing tools. • Knowledge of security testing methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Job Descriptions:

• Regularly perform checks on food safety, hygiene, quality, processes, and adherence to Halal requirements in production, supply chain, and logistics.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to food safety, hygiene, quality, and processes.
• Conduct daily site walks throughout the facility.
• Check retention samples regularly.
• Collaborate with the microbiological laboratory for sample collection and lab reports.

Job Requirements:

• Perform QC for incoming material, in-process and finished products.
• Conduct performance qualification for equipment and method validation for QC assays.
• Perform QC stability tests (in-use, long-term, shipment, etc) according to GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot on product and quality issues before, during and after production.
• Maintain and clean lab equipment routinely (flow cytometer, PCR thermal cycler, etc.).
• Act as QC document controller through liaison with QA document control
• Be responsible for coordination of QC sample shipment and testing with external testing laboratories
• To support the manager in reviewing protocols/reports/SOPs and other documents assigned by the manager.
• Escalate quality and compliance risks to QC Management and QA.
