Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. Customer complaints handling will also include the necessary communication with all the stake holders (Customer, Supplier, CS, PP, SVM, LOG). 6. Operate Laboratory test equipment when required

7. Assist Customer’s Technical enquiries e.g Product Test Report, RoHS, REACH, CE

As a designated Management Representative for Quality Management, you will play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the designated Management Representative for Quality Management, overseeing the conformity of the Quality Management System (QMS) with relevant standards and requirements.
• Partner with Compliance/Legal departments to ensure compliance with ISO 37001 accreditation requirements.
• Manage the Group Management Framework (GMF) compliance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Facilitate Management Review meetings, analyze audit findings, and incorporate learnings to enhance QMS.
• Provide oversight and guidance on changes impacting QMS, ensuring compliance with Management of Change (MOC) process.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Incident Investigations, Risk Assessments, and Change Management.
• Specialized Knowledge: In-depth understanding of QMS requirements and ISO standards.
• Skills and Abilities: Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in computer use.

• Understand customer complaint of the memory component failure

Sustain Knowledge of Device Capabilities and Characteristics

Responsibilities

• Drives electrical equipment supplier quality improvement initiatives, supports supplier selection for the region and conducts supplier audits.
• Leads part qualification processes through implementation of product quality plans, equipment inspections, factory witness testing, and manufacturing process qualifications.

• Experience with data center operations, EPC, or mission critical equipment

Validation and Quality Assurance (VQA Engineer)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical assessments for new suppliers and periodic assessments for key existing suppliers. Jointly develop supplier technical roadmap with supplier chain management.
• Communicate with suppliers regularly to develop quality improvement plans and foster an environment that facilitates continual improvement and compliance to AEM supplier guideline, requirements and applicable standards.
• Review engineering and manufacturing specifications to validate material defects for return to supplier and ensure timely replacement by supplier.
