The Manager, Human Resource Management Systems implements and maintains processes and systems that support strategic HR projects for various HR functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct Feasibility Studies on HRMS technologies

• Design feedback channels to gather inputs on effectiveness of HR systems and processes from the lines of business.

• Work with Information Security and Technology team members to monitor compliance of HR systems with data and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend improvement to HR systems and processes.

General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Arts & Social Sciences / Human Resource Management / Computer Science.

About You

In this role you will report to the IoT Product Director based in Shanghai.

Your role will involve consulting with business departments to identify their requirements, optimize their processes, and manage projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring the correct and efficient implementation of IoT solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. What you will be doing

• Drive the Software Product development program from concept, planning, execution, to closure phase.
• Lead the cross-function and multi-site program team to deliver the new product development programs on time, on scope, on budget, and on quality.
• Program status reporting and budget planning, spending, and tracking for managed projects.
• Managing multiple types of programs including 3rd party partners development products and/or solutions.

What you need to be successful

• Engineering experience in software development will be an added advantage.
