❖ Daily Transaction: Preparing and issuing payment of expenses including staff expenses claims, vendor invoices, credit notes, cash receipts and petty cash vouchers.

❖ Managing financial records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date AP, AR, and general ledgers use to SAP Software.

❖ Accounts Receivable: Performing AR aging report and accounts receivable from customer schedule for monthly.

❖ Accounts Payable: Performing A/P aging and ensure prompt payment (by cheque/ TT/ Trade Finance Loan).

❖ Bank reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and identify any discrepancies.

❖ Payroll processing: Handling employee payroll, including calculating wages, bonuses, and deductions.

❖ Tax compliance: Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes and Prepare accrual, Prepayment and audit schedule.

❖ Monthly Budget estimate: Prepare monthly budget and forecast for construction projects and then, estimating cash flow.

❖ Admin Transaction : Performing for daily general admin support for the accounts team and necessary statutory fillings.

❖ Fixed Assets records: Monitor fixed asset activity in detail. Generate month-end depreciation and amortization entries.

❖ Inventory records : Daily stock in /Out and month end closing activities.

❖ Financial reporting: Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

❖ Any ad-hoc duties assigned by CFO.

Job Scope:

Change Management

• Develop communication and engagement plans for tech policy awareness and familiarisation, solicit and manage feedback on policies under development and post-publication, and provide clarification to address concerns.
• Engage stakeholders, from both business and technical (ICT&SS) domains, to communicate, build consensus and gain support for ICT&SS policies, considering stakeholders' needs and priorities, key players and their sphere of influence.

ICT Policy Development

• Solicit and manage feedback on policies under development and post-publication, and provide clarification to address concerns, including technical implementation issues pertaining to the introduced policies and standards, and develop materials to ensure effective promulgation of ICT&SS policies.
• Develop effective implementation plans for the ICT&SS policies.
• Review the effectiveness of implemented ICT&SS policies or controls to uplift the Government's use of technology in ICT&SS implementation.
• Design and develop training, briefing materials and other related materials to ensure effective promulgation of policies, risk assessment, security threats etc.

ICT Portal Development

• Work with internal developers to design, get feedback and enhance the portal for the ICT&SS policy publication based on gathered requirements. Present the mock-ups to internal stakeholders to obtain their agreement and gather feedback for further improvements.

Requirements:

1. Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years experience in large ICT project implementations and change management, preferably with public sector agency experience as a ICT practitioner
3. Knowledge of service journey, UI/UX design principles for visually appealing and user-friendly portal.
4. Familiarity with agile development and system integration via APIs.
5. Proven track record in working with cross-functional teams including external vendors and internal key stakeholders (ICT practitioners, security and engineering teams), to facilitate and coordinate activities and communications.
6. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
7. Excellent vendor management, agile, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills:

1. Public Sector agency experience as a ICT practitioner
2. Have data analytics experience in using Ms Excel (advance features) and Tableau
3. Have experience in agile development lifecycle
4. Have experience with change management techniques
