RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate the state-of-the-art of tokenomics design for ecosystem like ZEASN in Web3
• Create data case for research
• Design solutions and simulations for the tokenomics
• Conduct experiments to evaluate solutions
• Draft report and research paper with supervision

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or closely related disciplines from an nstitution of higher learning
• Minimum 3 years of relevant research or industrial experience in Web3 domain
• Basic knowledge/Proficiency in programming software/languages such as C and Java will be positively considered/ is required
• Demonstrated experience and know-how on Web3 technologies
• Experience with at least one programming software/languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python is preferred
• Excellent working knowledge of blockchain ecosystem Good analytical, technical and problem solving skills
• Applicants with research publications in data mining and AI area will be advantageous
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently and also collaboratively with team members

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the doctor in chaperoning patients.
• Assisting the doctor in minor procedures or surgeries.
• Attend to telephone/email enquiry.
• Filling and maintaining proper documentation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Ensure the daily operations are properly executed and performed – in line to assist Restaurant Manager to achieve overall business performance goals. Eg, Daily sales, settlement, opening & closing of restaurant daily
• Ensure high quality of food & service by focusing on the user journey
• Assist in training for all new/current staff on service & beverages when required
• Proficiency in operating POS system
• Cultivate & maintain relationships internally/externally with regular guests, suppliers & staff of restaurant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and project requirements.
  Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  
• Project Coordination and Management:Assist in planning, organizing, and managing HR projects from inception to completion.
  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
  Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Service Delivery:Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services tailored to client specifications.
  Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  Provide clients with regular project updates and reports.
  
• Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  Participate in the development and implementation of best practices for client servicing and project management.
  
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with the Manager, Client Servicing, and other team members to achieve departmental goals.
  Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, project management, or a related role, preferably within the HR industry.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
