We're looking for an AI Agent Development (Assistant) Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this innovative role, you'll have the chance to transform our student recruitment process using cutting-edge AI technology.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and management of AI agent products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to define product requirements and features.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the AI technology market.
• Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirement gathering, feature prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Work closely with AI engineers to understand technical feasibility, scope, and limitations of AI agent functionalities.
• Develop AI agents for enhancing student recruitment, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure smooth integration of AI agents with communication platforms such as WeChat Official Account, WeCom, WhatsApp, and websites.
• Leverage chat history and FAQs for AI learning and response accuracy, continuously improving the AI agent's performance.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize workflows and streamline recruitment processes.
• Assist in creating product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications.
• Support product testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Assist in monitoring product metrics and KPIs, and provide insights for product improvement and optimization.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
• Support the Product Manager in day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: Significant experience in AI development, with a focus on OpenAI GPTs.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies. Expertise in API development and integration with platforms like WeChat Official Account, WeCom, WhatsApp, and Websites. Advanced programming skills.
• Language Skills: English and Chinese (Proficiency in Chinese will be prioritised)
• Other Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and teamwork capabilities. Independence in handling tasks and managing priorities.

Requirements

· Ability to collaborate with and lead colleagues

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description & Requirements

1. Assist the Clients with basic activities of daily living

2. Facilitating individual and group activities

3. Assist with therapy or nursing under supervision of the healthcare professionals

4. Transport clients to and from home and Dementia Centre

Requirements :

• Singaporeans preferred
• No experience needed, training will be provided
• With an HMI Certificate in Healthcare support (Nursing) or equivalent will be an advertage
• Highly motivated & ability working in a team

Working Location : Headquarters at Beach Road

Working hour (2 shifts)

1st Shift : Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:15 pm

The Role

We are looking for an Office Administrator & Assistant to be a supportive force that empowers our Singapore team and management. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. He/she will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to management.

Responsibilities

Office Administration - The incumbent will provide a full spectrum of administrative operations support to the office, including but not limited to office maintenance and arrangements, supervising the office cleaner, handling mail, coordinating vendors for office facility procurement and maintenance and management of all external vendors.

Assistant - The incumbent should be comfortable providing sophisticated calendar management to the MD, Capital and Elevate teams by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements and daily activities including running errands. She will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the MD, Capital and Elevate teams. She will be responsible for managing and coordinating travel and travel related activities including flights, hotels and transport for the MD and other senior executives. She will also need to assist in planning and coordinating all corporate and company events.
