Job Description:
· Provide general support to the Management and Operations Team
· Handle day to day site project-related administrative functions which are vital for the smooth running of a project
· Process invoice, petty cash, submit project claims, quotations, data entry etc
· Monitor and submit monthly progress claims to the clients and update the claim progress file
· Prepare and generate daily progress report in a timely manner
· Regular call-up and follow-up closely on customers for project claim payments, with status update till full completion / claims of work order
· To upkeep documentation control and filing while retaining a good level of accuracy and efficiency
· Liase & work closely with operations/project team to monitor project work flow
· To assist in monthly stocktake and updating inventory records in system/excel checklist
· Helps to source for suppliers, administer quotation and purchasing order
· Able to prepare presentation slides using PowerPoint.
· Any other ad-hoc duties / miscellaneous work assigned time to time
Job Requirement:
· Minimum an N / O Level / ITE / Diploma with 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
· Experience in project/construction industry will be advantageous
· Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) & ERP
· Bilingual in English & Chinese to provide quality customer service and attend to enquiries from Chinese speaking customers
· Right attitude and willing to learn
· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
