Basic Salary: $2,800 - $3,450 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Partnerships

· Execute partnership team’s day-to-day administrative work such as updating of masterlist, tracking reports, dashboard reporting, marketing clearances with partners, collation of partners’ content for internal stakeholders, Knowledge management e-filing etc.

· Work with marketing team to regularly collate partners content for marketing communications, manage the marketing calendar and artworks for the team etc.

· Coordinate and execute events/ programme requirements with partners and event organiser (EO).

· Coordinate and execute development of events logistics with EO, tracking of the progress and run on-the-day activities plus checks with EO.

· Manage the on-ground activities at events that includes partner and programme management, marketing assets creation etc.

· Manage and compile events’ post-reporting requirements and data tracking.

Secretariat

· Management reporting (dashboards, presentations, written reports etc). Administration of master lists, tracking reports, data reporting, Knowledge Management e-filing etc.

· Project budget, timeline and KPI monitoring and management

· Management of vendors such as Event Organisers (EO), F&B caterers, venues, for events. Coordinate and execute development of events logistics with EO, tracking of the progress and run on-the-day activities plus checks with EO.

· Manage and compile events’ post-reporting requirements and data tracking.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Mass communication

· Experience in project and budget management, business administration

· Good writing and communication skills

· MS Office suite (especially Excel)

· Independent worker

As the Assistant Manager of our Spanish tapas bar and grill, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the establishment. Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.

· Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring that the restaurant is set up for success and meets cleanliness and safety standards.

· Act as a point of contact for staff and guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

· Provide warm and welcoming hospitality to guests, ensuring their needs are met and their dining experience exceeds expectations.

· Assist with reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests, demonstrating attentiveness and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

· Handle guest feedback and inquiries with tact and diplomacy, striving to resolve any issues to the guests' satisfaction.

· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Assist in implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures to uphold our standards of excellence.

· Passion for food and beverage with a deep appreciation for Spanish cuisine and culture.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality, with a focus on guest service and team leadership.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and motivate staff.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

· Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and beverages is desirable but not required.

· Proficiency in computer applications such as POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.

• Responsible for deployment and planning of pilotage, harbour towage and waterboat resource
• Liaise with vessels to coordinate the arrival and service timings

Requirements:

• NITEC in Marine or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in Marine industry
