We are looking for a Project Manager who will be assisting in strategic programs and goals of Fintech Alliance. This role will be reporting to the Senior Management in Fintech Alliance.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with project team to develop strategic program and project goals.
• Managing the clients' project expectations and satisfaction.
• Monitoring program and project performance of both internal and external service providers.
• Monitoring performance metrics.
• Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT and Business
• Preferably with at least 2 - 5 years of working experience.
• Certifications/licenses – Project Management Certificates are preferred
• Possess strong traits of analytical mind and good communication skills to articulate ideas in a simplified and laymen manner to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Execute sales strategies to meet business objectives and responsible for assisting with selling guestrooms and additional services as required.
• Market analysis and implement sales & marketing strategy for the purpose of seeking out new business through various industries.
• Analyse and reach potential business opportunities from competitor in hospitality industry and create a prospect list for targeting.
• Proactively generate leads & manage the entire sales cycle from leads to negotiation to closing deals.
• To actively convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of business.
• Handle all inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day (24 hours).
• Managing and provide mentoring & training of the junior sales staff.
• Identify potential customer & perform sales calls for new business opportunities.
• Supervision of daily workflow including Proposals and Contract. Liaise with internal department to ensure proper lease management documentation and administration.
• Deliver sales presentations & conduct viewings and site tours with potential clients.
• Accountable for occupancy rate for all sales projects.
• Responsible for renewal of lease, negotiable and follow up on terms of lease with tenants.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with tenants to generate referrals & to obtain repeated business.
• Work closely with operations team to ensure delivery of high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Sales & Marketing / Real Estate or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Those with property leasing background are welcome to apply.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English & Mandarin (to be able to liaise with Chinese speaking clients).
• Strong lease management documentation and administration skills.
• Meticulous in lease documentation.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & presentations skills.

· Identify all contractual system requirements and all other deliverables and responsible for managing system designs, reviews and all deliverables. Analyze and define all project materials and service purchases based on cost optimization and appropriate risk management

· Perform day to day coordination, risk management, liaison, control and supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors, internal and external project related parties and customers to ensure that the project meets its objectives

· Provide regular project reports/updates to customers, internal departments and management

· Monitor all payment milestones to ensure timely billing in accordance to the planned scheduled

Requirements

· Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years in technical project management work experience

· Experience in New Product Introduction management is preferred

• Maintain a trace list of all licenses and major warranties and service agreements which is to be updated annually.
• Other ad-hoc assignments and assistance to the General Manager as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in business administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of two years of previous experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
