JOB PURPOSE

Provides professional services on corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of clients, including incorporating and managing corporate structures. This role may require managing a team, and assisting the Manager or Director to streamline processes, increase revenue & productivity and enhance staff morale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of clients by providing full set of corporate secretarial services;

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Listing Rules and other regulatory and statutory requirements; Maintain good relationship with clients;

• Build opportunities for additional services providing to existing clients;

• Assist in maintaining smooth operation of the team;

• Supervise and review subordinates’ work including performance review and progresses

• Assist to monitor & manage the productivity and effectiveness of the team;

• Oversee issuing of invoices and ensuring payments are made;

• Ensure filing deadlines are met;

• Prepares resolutions and correspondences to clients;

• Provide advices to clients on ad hoc matters;

• Reduce debtors’ days;

• Monitor completion of time sheets; Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder; member of ICSA;

• Minimum 6 to 8 years’ relevant experience gained from professional firms/CPA firm/law firm ;

• Prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage;

• Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practises and be familiar with Companies Act and regulations of regulatory bodies;

• Intermediate knowledge of Viewpoint is preferred.

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.

How You Will Do It

• Support the development of strategy and business execution of investment projects, negotiate and implement co-manufacturing contracts.
• Lead cross-functional teams & projects, collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, sales, technology, quality, regulatory and controlling functions.
• Drive portfolio management that covers product positioning, sources of differentiation, portfolio optimization, evaluation of (process-) innovation projects from a market-oriented perspective, pro-active product lifecycle management and business ownership for product carbon footprints.
• Coordinate product related competitive intelligence with systematic build-up, maintenance and evaluation of market and competitor knowledge as foundation for optimized and strategic steering of the portfolio, including e.g., cost benchmarks.
• Drive pricing excellence with responsibility for global overview on product price development and active price and margin steering by defining global limit pricing, considering regional differences to optimize global value generation, and support long-term contract negotiations of Global Key Account and Multinational customers.
• Drive business continuity management.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Restaurant/Hotels Acquisition: Break into new logos within our largest customer segment of restaurants, Beach Club, Rooftop Bars and independent Hotels in Singapore.
• Expand TableCheck presence: by identifying key restaurants prospects and converting them into long-term customers.
• Sales Acumen: Have the ability to verbally communicate a compelling purchase rationale to prospects using a variety of sales methodologies.
• Presentations: Create demand by clearly articulating and educating prospects on the TableCheck value proposition through the presentation of products and services during in-person and virtual demonstrations.
• Full Cycle Sales: Involved in all phases of the sales lifecycle including : identifying and developing leads; meeting with clients; presentations and sales; financial deal structuring; to contract negotiation and closing.
• Cold Call: Contact restaurants/Hotels to get key contact email + schedule demo + prepare proposal.
• Teamwork: Thru Cold Call or email achieve 5-10 appointment per week & 20-30 appointment per month.
• Weekly Report Submission – Pipeline, Prospects generation list & Weekly Sales Report.
• Experience - in Third Party Dining apps, Table Management Software or Point of Sales System Background will have advantages.
• You have 1-2 years of previous work experience and are passionate about sales & the hospitality industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Core client: You will have a core client – which you will work on for multiple markets.

• Work with business support, project management and technical experts as required across local markets to translate identified data into effective dashboarding solutions and reporting projects.
• Design, Build, Test, Debug, Monitor, and Troubleshoot various dashboarding solutions.

Preferred Technical Knowledge

• A patient, flexible and team-oriented approach is essential. You will need to work well under pressure and be able to quickly understand problems and be capable of providing innovative, pragmatic, and workable solutions.
• Experience with Dashboard & Reporting. Experience with Scripting and Programming (to an extent) Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS development skills is an added plus

An ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Statistics or its equivalent
• 5-7 years' of relevant work experience, or with the relevant academics qualifications
• Experience with either Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Datorama Business Intelligence software to develop effective data models and front-end applications
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS is a plus
• Good problem solving and testing skills
• Understanding of database design concepts
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, incl. Pivots, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.

• Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock
• Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
• Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards
• Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
• Promote services, products and discounts on social media

• Works as an independent consultant or as part of a consultancy firm to provide marketing expertise to clients
• Researches industries, markets, demographics, trends, sales results, and other data related to the client's products or services
• Analyses details of competitor offerings, including specifications, market share, pricing, and promotional materials
• Creates detailed reports with research findings and analysis to inform marketing strategies
• Provides written documents and verbal presentations for each client to guide the creation of new marketing plans and strategies
• Recommends specific marketing approaches and spending budgets to achieve the client's desired sales goals
