• Monitor and follow-up on outstanding order status using the ERP system and take necessary actions to fulfil customer orders.
• Liaise and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customers receive their complete order within the timeframe given.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues which includes escalating unsolved cases to the relevant stakeholders and departments.
• Successfully negotiate pricing with customers, suppliers.
• Process and release accurate invoices for all relevant sales.

Required Skills & Experiences

• Diploma in any field.
• Candidate come with Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline with engineering knowledge will be added advantage.

The Healthcare Assistant support and assist the Staff Nurses and Enrolled Nurses in the delivery of nursing care to clients and help to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable Senior Care Centre environment for them.

• Participate in activities to improve the quality of care.
• Attend to clients’ needs and report their needs to the nurses.
• Ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of the residents.
• Assist in the transfer and positioning of non-ambulant residents.
• Assist in the conduct of daily exercises for the residents.
• Assist in serving meals and drinks, and feeding patient
• Escort patients to and fro between their homes and the Senior Care Centre.
• Alert Centre Manager of emergency situations immediately.

Job Requirements

• WSQ in Healthcare or equivalent qualification will be an advantage
• Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations

4. Cross-docking of goods for Pending delivery order that is incomplete

9. Packing for delivery
10. Any other tasks as and when assigned by Operations Manager, Logistics Manager and supervisors
