• Answer phone call and email enquiries
• Prepare powerpoint presentations
• Fill out company pre-qualification documents
• Prepare tender documents and supporting documentation
• Any other assigned duties related to sales support function

Expected Areas of Competence

• Sales and/ or customer service experience in pest control or related fields preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Thorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Powerpoint
• Needs to be self motivated, interested to learn and understand the industry
• Must be a strong team player and communicator
• Needs to have good attention to detail

JD:

• Sales order processing
• Check availability with factory and advise delivery
• Process export documentation & invoicing
• Constantly have an updated order status
• Quote projects and edit customers’ copies
• Assist in invoicing and documenting
• Any other duties as assigned by team leader.

Requirement:

• Local diploma in any field

• Pitch and execute marketing campaigns
• Managing of social media channels
• Analyse and report on marketing efforts and social media performance
• Managing and growing the network of KOLs
• Design of artwork for online and print
• Maintainance of brand profile
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 1 year experience in Marketing
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Photography skills is an advantage
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
