Job Descriptions

• Assist head chef with food prep tasks like chopping, peeling, and marinating.
• Help with cooking simple dishes under the supervision of our head chef.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
• Carry out kitchen inventory checks, and report shortages to the management.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Description:

· Assist in preparation of full set of accounts; maintains all ledgers, journals and other accounting records of the company with full compliance to the group and Singapore regulatory financial reporting requirements and accounting standards

The Role

We are looking for an Office Administrator & Assistant to be a supportive force that empowers our Singapore team and management. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities

Office Administration - The incumbent will provide a full spectrum of administrative operations support to the office, including but not limited to office maintenance and arrangements, supervising the office cleaner, handling mail, coordinating vendors for office facility procurement and maintenance and management of all external vendors.
