Provides professional services on corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of clients, including incorporating and managing corporate structures. This role may require managing a team, and assisting the Manager or Director to streamline processes, increase revenue & productivity and enhance staff morale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of clients by providing full set of corporate secretarial services;

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder; member of ICSA;

• Minimum 6 to 8 years’ relevant experience gained from professional firms/CPA firm/law firm ;

• Prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage;

Tasks

As part of the Programs and Facilitation team, the Sales Enablement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics for our global, virtual and in person training sessions. You will work closely with program leads, cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of training programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist manager in ensuring daily restaurant operations run smoothly. Such as but not limited to order taking, up-selling, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, bartending, billing etc.

• Train new employees based on the company’s service standards.
• To manage and collect feedback on food quality and service standards, resolve customer complaints amiably and to ensure customers satisfaction.

• Assist in stock checking and purchasing of expendable items.
• To maintain cleanliness of the entire restaurant daily and to follow a scheduled cleaning roster SOP.
• To coordinate orders between the front-of-house and the kitchen. Manage/ supervise all areas of operations and ensure that kitchen team follows instructions and prepares food up to standard based on SOPs.

Required to work 6 days a week. 1off day per week.
