Receptionist

• Attend to the counter reception
• Register patients digitally
• Stock taking and ordering of dental materials
• Communication with laboratories on collection, shipment and reception
• Responsible for fee collection and daily accounts
• Involved in submission of CHAS/Medisave/insurance claims

Dental Assistant

• Assist dentist for dental procedures
• Ensure cleanliness of the dental treatment room and all clinical areas
• Stock taking and updating inventory
• Follow-up on patient's lab cases

Requirements:

1. Start in December
2. Singaporean/PR/Work Permit Holders (No S-Pass)
3. No nights
4. Must be able to work 4 weekdays + 1 weekend or 3 weekdays + 2 weekends.

Scope of work:

1. Front desk duties: answering of phone calls and walk-in enquiries
2. from students, parents and vendors.
3. Attend to injured students.
4. Admin work: filing, counting and distributing of flyers and data entry
5. using Microsoft applications - Excel, Word.
6. Able to keep calm and work under stress when the front-desk is crowded.
7. Attend to staff enquiries and requests.
8. Any other adhoc duties assigned by supervisors

• Ideate, develop, and produce videos, visuals and other multimedia content for various digital and social media channels
• Design work for EDMs and social media content
• Upload content onto social media platforms and websites
• Coordinate photo and video shoots and recces
• Coordinate the editorial and production of publications and other printed collaterals
• Media monitoring, and social media listening as required
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in a media-related field is preferred
• Good writing skills for website and social media text copies, copyediting
• Adept at managing social media platforms and WordPress
• Able to design simple infographics or electronic mailers, or work with existing design templates
• Competent in Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
• The ability to handle still photography, video filming, and film editing is a plus.
