Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a regional sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support

· Identify market opportunities and potential customers to expand the regional client base.

· Set and communicate sales targets, ensuring team members are aligned with company goal

· Develop accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on regional sales performance

· Work with the team to drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building

· Drive revenue growth by securing new business and expanding existing accounts

· Responsible for Regional Team profitability of the company’s P&L

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree with relevant field of studies

· Min. 8 years of sales experience or in an equivalent sales management/Director role

· Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach

· Ability to travel within the region as required

• Assist the Operation Manager / Project Manager in coordinating site investigation project, planning of location, site clearances, scheduling.
• Obtaining land permission, utilities services clearances and meeting with stakeholders.
• Meeting and correspondence with Client on project timeline and requirement.
• Organizing of rigs & manpower resources for the site investigation work.

• Relevant degree/ diploma in Geology; Civil Engineering or the Built Environment.
• Familiar with Utilities Services Clearances procedure of various Agencies; and having RES/REO certificate is an advantage.

You will be providing effective administrative support to the Account Servicing team. You will be responsible for preparation of contracts, settlement reports and following-up on outstanding, uploading of advertisement, generate/tracking of reports, filing etc.

Core Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the Account Servicing team
• Ensure that the contracts are prepared accurately, sent out and received in a timely manner to meet internal procedures and customer satisfaction
• Ensure that the settlement reports are prepared accurately in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction
• Maintain a good filing system for all the contracts
• Upload advertisements onto the website and send out electronic email blasts timely and accurately
• Provide reminders to Account Servicing team on deadlines for the returning of contracts, settlement reports and submission of advertising material
• Prepare reports for the Account-Servicing team
• Any other duties assigned by Account-Servicing Manager

Job Specifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Prior event handling experience will be an added advantage
