About the Job

The role entails overseeing the acquisition and management of key accounts in the Asia Pacific region. The manager will receive assistance from specialists across various functions to deliver comprehensive services aimed at ensuring the success of scientific conferences and events.

You will need

• A tertiary education in hospitality, marketing, or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative agency or hospitality sales, with a preference for prior involvement with clients in the medical industry.
• The capacity to handle and supervise the creation of proposals and budgets for pitches and requests for proposals (RFPs) from clients, requiring an understanding of event/project budgets and operations across various event types.
• The ability to attain a competitive edge and foster future growth through meticulously planned and executed account action plans.

Our client is a MNC company, one of the leading players in the Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sales Coordinator to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate tasks to fulfill customers’ orders effectively
• Generate sales directives for the company’s Production Planning team
• Work closely with the company’s various departments to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor and address customers’ feedback when required
• Verify the pricing accuracy to maintain precision
• Keep the sales order records/documentation up to date
• Maintain and update the company’s contact databases
• Offer the necessary follow-up actions to meet customer needs when necessary
• Coordinate with the company’s various logistics partners to issue permits for deliveries
• Collaborate with the company’s various departments for invoicing and delivery order processing
• Arrange the required delivery schedules efficiently
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in any field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
