Requirements:

• Min. diploma in Engineering qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft office

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall execution of events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers to ensure all their needs are met, managing the day-of event operations.
• Ensure that all events meet the client's expectations and budget.
• Maintain accurate records of all event activities and expenses.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Manage any issue that may arise during the event, including resolving conflicts amongst individuals and managing crisis situations.
• Other duties as assigned by your Reporting Officer from time to time.

• At least two years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in an event management or hospitality industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:

-New business /clients development in Singapore or oversea.

-Ability to market & promote company's service

-swift follow-up & negotiations

-maintain good business relationships with new clients

-Work with marketing team to align marketing activities to achieve sales targets.

-manage weekly and monthly sales pipeline reporting.

-Review sales Quotations and/or Proposals before submission to Clients.

- accurate invoicing, collection on time and without bad debts

-Assist sales teams to strategize on sales opportunities and account acquisition.

-Assist sales team in negotiation for complex deals.

-Meet and/or exceed quarterly sales goals.

-Analyse sales activities, sales Report, sales pipeline from CRM system.

-Work closely with Operations Team to offer appealing, customer driven and cost effective

logistics solutions to customers and ensure smooth and complete executive

Qualifications & Experience:

-With at least 15 years of sales experience in forwarding and logistics

- Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, Marketing or relevant discipline

-Good understanding of logistics concepts and capable of offering logistics solutions and value added propositions at the most efficient cost for customer

-Professional sales and Managerial certifications will be an added advantage.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute daily HR tasks such as managing On-boarding/Off-boarding procedures, conducting staff orientation, and other related responsibilities.
• Manage employee records and ensure all necessary personal documents are complete.
• Handle processing of Work Pass, Staff Pass, Access Card, and other required identification cards.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to handle employee movements, contract renewals, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and related administrative tasks.
• Adhere to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and statutory regulations while carrying out HR activities.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate payroll processing.
• Prepare HR reports and materials for meetings.
• Contribute to process improvement projects, events, and other functions.
• Support HR initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
• 3 years or more experience in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in the Human Capital related business is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
