  Work closely with the outlet Master for customers’ consultation and follow up.

• To participate in company’s corporate events, live webinars, seminars, etc.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Sales driven, good customer service, positive attitude, and cheerful personality.
• Able to work retail hours and on Public Holidays.
• Must bilingual in spoken languages to maintain long term relationship with existing and new customers.

Job Description

• Execute programs including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, webinars and events, partner activities and marketing automation.
• Assist in brand development initiatives, customer enquiries and all marketing related activities.
• Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans with team (for both offline and online marketing events for customers).
• Coordinate and assist in all company events, roadshows and marketing campaigns.
• In-charge of stock take, packing of customers' orders and inventory management (for online platforms orders).
• Support Marketing Director and Marketing Team on administrative and general logistics arrangement.
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, social media campaigns and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree with at least 3 years relevant experiences.
• Proficient in current trending social media softwares / apps.
• Proficient in PowerPoint presentation.
• Able to start work in short notice will be an added advantage.

An opportunity is now available for a career-minded individual to join us in MSC South East Asia (Singapore) Pte Ltd, as Logistics Executive, Maintenance & Repair.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We Offer

As Logistics Executive, Maintenance & Repair, you are responsible for the overall empty equipment / container management in MSC Singapore agency. This includes managing the container inventory control, maintenance and repair of returned containers, coordinating on-hire / off-hire, arrangement for supply of reefer spares, and preparation of empty container related reports, including the overall logistics performance of empty containers in PSA and appointed depot/s. You will also have the opportunity to work and communicate across geographical and cultural borders that will enable you to build a strong professional network.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are to handle all maintenance and repair matters for empty containers returned from consignees or Port of Loading (POL), including the survey and review of repairs, coordination of spare parts, reviewing of repair cost estimates, as well as associated reports. Your key responsibilities include:

• Review all repair estimates submitted by appointed depot/s;
• Coordinate cold-treatment reefer requirements, data requests and space requirement from principals for shipping of heavy damage containers;
• Analyze and review repair items and its related cost prior submission to principals for approval;
• Weekly heavy damage containers arrangement;
• 3rd Party recovery on damage containers;
• Coordinate reworking operations for live dry /RF container in PSA Terminal and subsequently reporting of each reworking to principals;
• Coordinate load & lash operations and patching with PSA Terminal & vendor;
• Arrange for survey of any damage/ off-hire empty dry container;
• Follow up with POL on the seal replacement documentation.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum Diploma qualified, preferably in the field of Maritime or Logistic and Supply Chain (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply);
• 3 -5 years experience handling M&R for dry containers;
• Container management knowledge;
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Portnet;
• Organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Meticulous with an eye for details;
• Conflict management skills;
• Customer focused;
• Problem solving / analytical skills;
• Strong communication skills, including excellent command in English, both written and verbal.
