The Role:

As a Retail Sales & Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in building the With Love brand and ensuring smooth operations– in-store, online and behind the scenes. Responsibilities:

Retail Sales

Prior to the store opening, your main role will be in assisting with pre-launch efforts including ordering supplies, coordinating inventory delivery, processing inventory, store setup, POS set up, and vendor coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep employee records in HR Management System, and Personnel File .
• Responsible for monthly payroll.
• Responsible for statutory payment submission and claims - CPF, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, Government- Paid Leave ,training grant etc. submission.
• Participate in MOM surveys.

Your Career

As a Global Sales Support Specialist, you will provide support to our Field Sales Teams with quoting of complex deals, educating on one-off quotes to order inquiries, and advising on product configuration rules.
