We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to build a strong sales pipeline of our ideal target clients in the Greater China Region, through effective outbound prospecting.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify, engage, qualify, and set up new business meetings with our ideal target audience. These meetings will be managed, nurtured and eventually closed by Sales Managers (AEs). The role of SDRs is crucial to the health of our sales funnel, pipeline and new business motion. SDRs are also the talent pipeline for the sales organization - high quality candidates that have the desire and ability to progress in their career to more complicated full cycle sales as Sales Managers (AEs) or Account Managers (AMs).

Your role as part of the Sales Development Team for the Greater China Region means your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting sales development best practices with cold calling, email, voicemails, and social media using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
• Utilizing prospecting and research tools to qualify accounts and create meeting opportunities with ideal personas.
• Strategizing with team members to innovate and improve the overall sales development process.
• Staying up to date with industry trends/market conditions to be expert in the industries you support.
• Participate in weekly team training in order to continuously improve and upskill as an SDR.

Drive sales growth in the Food Service Channels by district planning, hunting, and developing new accounts to expand the distribution of products as well as servicing and increasing current customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. To achieve monthly set sales targets for assigned accounts in Food Service Channel.
2. To hunt for new accounts by districts, sub-channels and expand distribution of products.
3. To service and increase the % growth of current accounts.

You will be employed under Y Suites by Wee Hur Hospitality Pte Ltd (Company), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, which is the entity that is responsible for the success of our PBSA management brand. You will be required to work closely with our Sales team in Singapore and BD team in China.

The Sales professional should be comfortable with ambitious targets, managing customer and partner relationships, and coordinating with regional training centers to broker learning solutions that meet customer needs. Education & Experience
