How will a typical day look?

• You would handle enquiries that come in via Whatsapp, Email, and Phone primarily. There are some customers who walk-in seeking services but the majority are via Whatsapp and Email.
• You would leverage tools and software that we have in place to accurately quote customers.
• You would create and send invoices and ensure payments are made and received.
• You would collate and document order requirements for printing and/or framing production teams.
• Handle some operational elements such as organising couriers for collections/deliveries.

• As we do have walk-in customers this role requires you to be physically located at our offices.

Overview

Reporting to the Director, Development, Training & Volunteer Management (TVM), you will oversee Volunteer Management Functions in Lions Befrienders.

You will play a role in growing, developing and managing a volunteer pool which would include senior volunteers, to support the organisation’s strategic and programmatic goals.

About the role:

• Responsible for leading and directing estimating resources and proposing costing strategies through the review and analysis of completed projects as well as global and regional cost data to effect such strategies towards the realization of the company's business objectives.
