As the Assistant Manager/Senior Executive (Project and Operations), Operational Technology, you will be responsible for the following:

• Deliver on MDOTS and EMS workplan(s) and ensure successful deployment and operationalisation of new projects within schedule and budget.
• Implement a systemic process to evaluate MDOTS’s vulnerability on an ongoing basis and execute risk mitigation activities.
• Provide essential information to facilitate leadership decisions regarding risk to organisational operations and medical devices across SingHealth.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent will be advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 2 years in project management, IT infrastructure and systems services delivery. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for the Manager role.
• Demonstrate excellence in project management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Experience and knowledge of Healthcare/Gov IT, Security and Procurement policies and best practices is an advantage.
• Certification in CITPM, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, COMIT will be advantageous.
• Highly proficient in cybersecurity and IoT/IoMT and the relationship between them.
