· Tracking and reporting of in-quarter inventory to meet Corporate Target.
· Collaborates seamlessly with diverse stakeholders, strategizing and taking action to achieve quarterly inventory goals.
· Plays a pivotal role in facilitating the long-term Inventory Outlook during the POR planning process.
· Proficiently navigates the SAP platform for real-time inventory status updates and utilization of reporting modules.
Job Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or Finance.
· Inventory Optimization: Proven track record of effectively managing inventory levels, optimizing stock levels to balance demand, and reducing excess or obsolete inventory.
· Supply Chain Expertise: Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, procurement, production planning, and distribution logistics.
· Data Analysis: Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools and techniques to analyze inventory trends, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
· Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team responsible for inventory control, motivating them to achieve performance targets and objectives.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, including working closely with teams to align inventory strategies with broader organizational goals.
· Inventory Planning: Experience in strategic inventory planning, including safety stock management, reorder points, and lead time optimization.
· Process Improvement: History of identifying inefficiencies in inventory management processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
· Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for presenting inventory-related reports, making recommendations to senior management, and maintaining clear communication within the team and across departments.
· Change Management: Experience in managing changes in inventory management practices, technology adoption, or process reengineering within the organization.
