Job Summary

The Assistant Manager - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management is responsible for the operations of the Warehouse. He/She manages the operational policies, standards and procedures, and leads the implementation of warehousing solutions, on-site solutions and processes, and delivering service excellence.

He/she is also responsible for managing business resources, overall customer service quality and relationships. He/she facilitates the organisation’s adoption and implementation of technology to enhance productivity, efficiency and safety of the business.

He/she is expected to lead and maintain the professionalism and discipline of his department, and make business decisions independently. He/she is also expected to assess or mitigate security risks and oversee responses to incidents and emergencies.

Sales and Customer Service

• Review selected and deployed material handling systems
• Lead re-location of warehouses
• Review cargo consolidation plans to identify savings in space, cost and efficiency

Job Requirements

• Support the Nursing Director in nursing home management and deputizes in her absence

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• At least 3 years of clinical or management experience as Nurse Manager
• Nursing Home experience preferred
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified
• Regular Office Hours (Mon - Fri)
• Able to work on weekends based on rostering
• Working Location: Tampines North

My client is a MNC in Singapore is hiring a Design Engineering Manager to join them.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehend client needs and specifications.
• Create preliminary studies to formulate budgetary proposals.
• Evaluate and implement value engineering techniques during the tendering phase.
• Collaborate with the tender team to establish essential criteria, ensuring alignment with client requirements and accurate project cost estimation.
• Engage in discussions with clients concerning design-related aspects.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage design-related risks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sustainable construction standards, and industry best practices in all design work.
• Assume leadership of the design team when necessary.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal staff on system design.

Requirements:

• Master/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, at least 5 years as managerial roles.
• Extensive experience in design and technical skills; familiar with design software like AutoCad, Revit, etc.
• Must have experience in HVAC, and Piping
• Work at Height Managers Course & Construction Safety Course Certified
• Experience in project management with good leadership.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
