Position Title: Admin & Sales Coordinator
Working Location: Central - Toa Payoh
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30 am-5.45 pm)
Salary Package: Up to SGD 2200-2500 + Variable bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Review and handle all telephone and email enquiry or correspondence.
Manage incoming/outgoing email, and prioritize items as necessary
Issuing of Delivery Order/Invoice and coordinating delivery with 3rd party delivery logistics.
Creating of Production Jobsheet
Ordering of Materials
Develop and build strong relationship with Vendors and assist in day-to-day customer service activities
Min. O level
Min. 1 year of working experience in a related field
Have Production experience will be a plus
Training will be provided to an inexperienced candidate
